Unfortunately wasn't feeling the best and had to visit BHUC. I was given amazing care with Provider Andrea, nurse Aubrey, the front desk and lab. Every single person was wonderful and caring. Provider Andrea validated my pain was real and kept me informed on what results were. She made sure I was comfortable in the care plan. Absolutely nothing negative with my experience with them.

Went to Urgent Care for an ongoing cold/sinus infection that wasn't getting any better. The doctor was very thorough and asked a bunch of questions regarding my symptoms to make sure I would end up with the correct treatment. She gave me options in lieu of just saying here is a prescription. I never felt rushed.

This place is our first resort for the whole family. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are very kind, and we have never had to wait more than about 20 minutes to get checked in. I have regularly seen someone disinfecting the waiting room seating. The doctors seem very knowledgeable and have been a blessing when we haven’t felt well. When waiting for an appointment for a PCP would take too long, this Urgent Care has been the perfect place to go!

Excellent service. I left my medication at home 130 miles away. BHUC got me in promptly and examined me to get the prescription I needed from the pharmacy within walking distance. The receptionist was extremely helpful as was the PA and nurse on duty the afternoon of 1/14/2024. Thanks again BHUC!

Scheduling and registering prior was a breeze and Solv app so easy to use. Many available times to choose from. Was in and out. No unnecessary testing or waiting. Never been seen so quickly. New building. Clean. Staff friendly and made me feel comfortable and in good care.
